Oireachtas TV as society educator

Oireachtas TV has the potential ability to be a very educational channel on the affairs of citizens and what are pressing ones. I have found it to be so in the time I have watched it so far. I would be very interested to see as much time spend on European Parliament coverage as the Oireachtas Houses. Coverage of these two are key. Thus Oireachtais TV may be more corrected, ie Parliaments.

In particular, information programmes on the EU treaties and on EC policies. European Affairs although available online need to be drawn to the attention of those who otherwise would not take the time but might watch this channel. There is the need to connect Europe to its citizens not acheived information wise that well here-to-fore.
